Here’s the trucking route for Beach Road landslide debris being transported to the Haines dump

In Haines, Southeast Roadbuilders will begin debris removal from Beach Road in the landslide area starting this Friday July 9 at 6am. Residents should note the trucking route: trucks will be carrying debris from Beach Road, to Mud Bay Road through the Fort, through FAA Road – or Officers Row – to Community Waste Solutions. The Haines Borough chose the route, according to Southeast Roadbuilders. The project will continue next week, and residents should be aware there will be longer than usual wait times at the dump.
