The KHNS Annual Meetings are coming up!
It is time for the 2018 election of the Board of Directors. We have three open seats: Dustin Craney, our director from Skagway and Haines, Reba Hylton from Skagway ( who took over Tekla Helgason’s seat in the spring) and Jeff Bochart from Haines. As always there is the write-in option or, if you would like to be considered as a nominee on the ballot, please email gm@khns.org for a nomination form or drop by the Haines office.
If you are a paid member as of August 31st, you’ll be receiving your ballots in the mail in September. Please return them and/or come to the meeting so we can be sure to reach our quorum. A very attractive envelope is included for your convenience.
Annual Meetings:
Skagway – the Bombay Room at the Red Onion on Thursday, September 13th, 5:30pm. Join us for chowder, beer and the up-to-the minute happenings at KHNS.
Haines- We meet at the Haines Brewery Thursday, September 20th at 5:30pm for the annual update and election results.
