Haines photographer John Hagen wins 2nd Rasmuson award

The Rasmuson Foundation awards $7,500 to twenty-five Alaska artists each year. They’re meant to support creatives undertaking specific projects. This year one of those artists is from Haines. KHNS caught up with him at the Chilkat River.
