The Haines Assembly is set to make comments on the University of Alaska’s recently announced 13,000-acre timber sale in the Chilkat Valley. It will also review a new commercial tour application and changes to the code review commission, among other items. KHNS’s Abbey Collins spoke with Borough Manager Debra Schnabel about what’s on the assembly agenda.
