    The following results of Haines and Skagway municipal elections are not final until certified by the canvass boards and assemblies. Preliminary results as of 9:30 PM Tuesday show:

    (Up to 41 absentee/questioned ballots must still be counted, meaning the race for mayor -- with a difference of 30 votes -- is yet to be determined.)
