Incumbent will be working under the Chief of Administration or Chief of Maintenance recieving and directing phone calls, maintaining park central files, processing and recieving mail, travel arranging, helping to create purchase orders, serving as park property manager (tracking property and doing yearly inventory), purchasing, fuel orders, deposits and various other administrative duties including secretarial duties for the Superintendent.
